Information we process

GeoStock processes merchant store data that is required to power country-based location inventory mapping, storefront stock checks, and app configuration.

This may include shop domain, app session data, product and variant details, inventory/location data, and country-location mappings. The app does not request or process order, payment, or customer account data for its core functionality.

How data is used

Data is used only to provide app functionality requested by the merchant, including saving country-to-location mappings and presenting inventory-related records inside the app.

Data sharing

GeoStock does not sell merchant data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to operate the service.

Data is not used for advertising, resale, or unrelated profiling. Access is limited to authorized operations needed to provide and support the app.

Data retention and deletion

Merchant data is retained only for as long as needed to operate and support the app. Data deletion requests can be submitted through support contact channels listed below.

When the app is uninstalled, the app uninstall webhook removes shop-scoped sessions, billing-installation metadata, appearance settings, and country-location mapping records maintained by the app.

Security

The app uses Shopify OAuth, authenticated webhook handling, scoped API permissions, and server-side storage. Production deployments must use secure HTTPS hosting and protected environment variables.
